For starters, what is JetBlue’s All You Can Jet pass?

JetBlue’s All You Can Jet pass offers unlimited travel to JetBlue customers for a full year! This year, JetBlue is offering three lucky winners of the All You Can Jet sweepstakes the chance to win a pass. Each pass includes a plus one so passholders are able to bring a companion of their choice along for the journey.

Sounds great! How can I enter to win an All You Can Jet pass?

  1. Create a blank slate by deleting or archiving photos from your active and public Instagram account. Make sure to keep your feed clear through the end of the entry period on 3/8/2019 at 8:59am EST!
  2. Consider how you’d fill in the blank: All You Can ____ and choose an image of your own to illustrate a place, activity or a person you’d like to visit!
  3. Visit jetblue.com/AYCJ to upload your chosen image.
  4. Create your custom image frame to fill in the blank: All You Can ____.
  5. Download the image with the custom frame.
  6. Post your custom image on your active and public Instagram using @JetBlue and the #AllYouCanJetSweepstakes hashtag in the caption to submit your sweepstakes entry.
  7. Remember to keep your Instagram feed clear, except for your newly uploaded All You Can ____ image, until 11:59pm EST on 3/8/2019 to be eligible to win.

Dust off your calendar and set your alarms! Here are a few important dates to keep in mind to be eligible to win an All You Can Jet Pass:

What type of photos can I post for my #AllYouCanJetSweepstakes entry?

Photos must be your own, so be sure to scroll through your photo albums for the best pic that fills in the All You Can _____ blank. It can be anything that depicts why you want to travel with JetBlue to see and do more of: from ziplining to eating tacos or even visiting your long-distance girlfriend – the choice is yours! Don’t worry if you’re not a professional photographer, winners will be chosen at random, not based on photo quality.

Your chosen photo and custom frame cannot include trademarks or be deemed obscene, sexual, violent, or offensive. For more information, please read the official rules.

How long do I need to keep my Instagram feed clear?

To be eligible to win, keep your Instagram feed clear through 3/8/2019 at 11:59pm EST. You can either archive or delete your photos, whichever option you prefer. If you choose to archive your photos, you can recover and repost #TBTs forever. If you choose to delete, you are committing to starting fresh and sharing new moments on your feed.

How do I delete or archive my Instagram photos?

To create a blank slate, delete all your photos or archive them. Archiving allows you to recover your posts, including likes and comments, after the sweepstakes is over. Here is how to delete or archive your photos:

  1. Open Instagram on your mobile device.
  2. Click your profile button on the bottom right of the screen to see your full feed.
  3. Tap the photo you’d like to delete or archive.
  4. Tap the options icon (three small dots) at the top right corner of the photo.
  5. Choose archive or delete.

If you choose to archive your photos, please remember to keep your feed clear through 3/8/2019 at 11:59pm ET to be eligible to win. Here is how you can bring your photos back to your feed:

  1. Open Instagram on your mobile device.
  2. Click your profile button on the bottom right of the screen to see your full feed.
  3. Tap the clock image in the upper left top left (iPhone) or top right (Android).
  4. Tap “archive” at top of your screen to view the drop-down menu.
  5. Choose “posts” in the menu.
  6. Tap the photo you’d like to bring back to your feed.
  7. Tap the options icon (three small dots) at the top right corner of the photo.
  8. Select “show on profile” to bring your photo back to your feed.

And just like that, your slate is full again!

Can I still post Instagram Stories during the sweepstakes period?

Yes! As long as your Instagram feed is clear through 3/8/2019 at 11:59pm EST, you’re able to post that Boomerang of your brunch mimosa and that cute dog you saw in the park on Instagram Stories. All You Can Story!

Who is eligible to win?

If you are a legal resident of the United States, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, and 18 years of age or older, you are eligible to enter for the chance to win!

JetBlue crewmembers, employees of partner companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. For more information on eligibility, please read the official rules.

How do I know if I won?

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on 3/8/2019 and will be notified via Instagram direct message from @promosis on or around 3/11/2019. If you are one of the lucky potential winners, don’t ghost us! If you get a DM from our friends at @promosis, you must respond within one day of the initial direct message notification.

Can I enter more than once?

There is a limit of one entry per person, so make sure you choose wisely!

Can I buy an All You Can Jet pass?

No. This exclusive, yearlong prize is only available to the three (3) lucky winners of this promotion. Be sure to explore all of this year’s #AllYouCanJetSweepstakes entries for travel inspiration.

Do I need to be a TrueBlue member to enter?

You do not have to be a TrueBlue member to enter for a chance to win, but if you win, you must become a member to use your All You Can Jet pass. But don’t worry, TrueBlue membership is free! Just go to: trueblue.jetblue.com/web/trueblue/register.

How long is the pass good for?

The All You Can Jet pass is good for travel for one year, between April 1, 2019, and March 31, 2020.

Where can I travel?

Three lucky All You Can Jet winners (and their companions) can fly to any of the 100+ destinations JetBlue flies. Imagine all the places we can take you – tacos and concerts and wing pics galore! All pass travel must be on JetBlue-operated flights where travelers can enjoy the all the perks of flying JetBlue, including free and fast Fly-Fi®, unlimited and complimentary brand-name snacks and unparalleled inflight entertainment.

Is there a limit on how many flights I can take?

There are no blackout dates and no limit on the number of flights you can take. As long as there is a seat available on your desired flight, you can truly adventure at your leisure! However, you are not able to book multiple flights departing from the same city on the same day.

Make sure you plan ahead! All pass travel is subject to availability, and a pass does not guarantee availability on any particular flight.

Do I need to keep the same travel companion for a year?

No. You can swap your travel companion as many times as you’d like throughout the year. From getting the band back together to keeping that long distance relationship alive, you’re sure to be popular. However, make sure you know who your travel companion is more than 24 hours before you travel. Any changes to the name of a travel companion within 24 hours of scheduled departure are subject to a $150 fee.

Can my travel companion and I travel separately?

Travel buddies who fly together, stay together! You and your travel companion must travel together on the same JetBlue itinerary.

Can my travel companion book their own travel?

No. Only the winner of the All You Can Jet pass can book and manage pass travel.

What is included with the pass?

JetBlue’s All You Can Jet pass covers travel on all JetBlue-operated flights between April 1, 2019, and March 31, 2020, so you can enjoy a year’s worth of travel! Note that there are tax implications if you win the pass.

The pass cannot be used for Mint® seats, Even More® Space seats, JetBlue Vacations packages, cruises, gift cards, merchandise, hotel rooms, rental cars or any other products or services.

Are there any fees or taxes associated with using the AYCJ pass?

The pass does not cover any taxes or fees that apply to flights booked using the pass, or products sold separately, including, but not limited to, any applicable baggage fees, meals, drinks and pet fees. Travelers can still enjoy JetBlue’s unlimited and complimentary brand-name snacks and soft drinks, inflight entertainment and free Fly-Fi® high-speed inflight Internet.

Do I earn TrueBlue points when I use my pass?

No. Using your All You Can Jet Pass will not earn any TrueBlue points or count toward TrueBlue Mosaic or any TrueBlue offers or bonuses. Additionally, using your pass will not earn any BlueCities Badge Points.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my flight?

Travelers can change or cancel reservations more than 24 hours before departure for free. Make sure you know your plans at least one day prior to traveling, because any changes or cancellations to existing reservations within 24 hours of scheduled departure are subject to a $150 fee per person.

What happens if I don’t show up for my flight?

If you don’t show up for your flight by the scheduled departure time, you will be charged a $150 no-show fee. This fee can be paid by calling 1-800-JETBLUE and your pass will be suspended until the fee is paid. Make sure the fee is paid as soon as possible, because no additional time will be added to a pass that has been suspended. After three no-shows, your pass will be automatically cancelled.

Can I give or sell my pass to someone else?

No. Passes are nontransferable and may not be purchased, sold, bartered or otherwise exchanged for value.
